"As a former student of Ms. Groody's, I can confirm how helpful her teaching strategies were, which helped me achieve success in my English 2 class. Her skills are outstanding and her teaching style is very easy to understand, which makes school a lot less stressful. She is very patient and supportive with each student, which shows her true self and dedication to helping us students succeed in school. Rather than just questioning, Ms. Groody makes sure we understand the lessons to the fullest, 100%. I personally would not completely understand narrative techniques and found them complicated, but she quickly saw that and helped me. Ms. Groody truly provides helpful information and feedback. I also love her personality and how she treats every student with care and respect. Overall, her mentorship is remarkable and very effective. I would definitely recommend her to other students!" "Ms. Groody is not only a gifted teacher, but she makes learning fun. Her assignments and feedback took my son’s writing to the next level and he really enjoyed her class. He works independently, so I really appreciated how clear she was in setting expectations and how encouraging she was, as writing can be intimidating and vulnerable. Ms. Groody's passion for helping students reach their potential is evident. We wholeheartedly recommend her!" Diane H. - Parent of 10th grade student (English 2)
